  • The Quiet Mind workshop was a transformative experience for me. I am so grateful to Jordan for sharing his knowledge and perspective with us. It felt much different than previous well-being or mindfulness type workshops I've done previously. It was humble and understated, while providing a depth of learning I could not have imagined. In the past, I've struggled with mindfulness, but this workshop presented information and experiences in an approachable way. I've found myself continuing to reflect on what I learned, and look at the events in my daily life with new awareness.
